Project:

NetSci is the flagship conference of the Network Science Society, which "aims to bring together leading researchers and practitioners working in the emerging research area of network science."

My main challenge with this project was finding a balance between technological and organic elements. The conference programming emphasized network science as a tool to better understand and visualize ecological and environmental data. I relied heavily on photographic elements to display this. Another challenge was the mix of a domestic and international audience. The conference agenda needed to include both 24 hour and 12 hour clock notation and legibility was paramount.
